I produced this miniseries to address the success and fulfillment of women in engineering careers from different perspectives. Not just from the engineer’s point of view, but also the manager’s and the organization’s points of view. Because it takes all 3.
The miniseries provides an overview episode from each of these 3 perspectives. It gives you a place to start learning. A place to become aware of how engineering careers can be so much better for women. And further benefit their bosses and employers.
It helps you become aware of what can be done to make this happen. And what your role is.
My aim is to prime the engineering work environment to better support women. To take the struggle out of the career journey for women engineers. Thus enabling them to have impact on the organization, the community and the world.
